Come join us for Tracking Club at along the shores of the Mississippi River in North Minneapolis
Sunday, April 20
9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
North Mississippi Regional Park
4900 N Mississippi Dr, Minneapolis, MN 55430
North Mississippi Regional Park runs along the west bank of the Mississippi River in North Minneapolis. Home to the Kroening Nature Center, the park has become a favorite spot for "Dirt Time" and Eval Prep for a number of our club members. This narrow strip of riverfront includes sandy shoreline, stands of hardwood, and patches of grassland, and has remarkable diversity for such an urban setting.
We will gather at 9:00 at the Kroening Nature Center. We will head out on the trail after a short introduction, and will return to the Nature Center before wrapping up by 1 PM. This is an all-weather event. Please bring appropriate footwear and dress for several hours outdoors in whatever weather we have that day. If you need to reach us the day of the outing, please call Jon's cell at 612-388-4700.
