Please meet at the Crex Meadows Visitor Center before 9:00am. We will leave as a group promptly at 9am to maximize our time in the field. The guided tour will end around noon. Some may choose to explore the area on their own afterwards. Plan on bringing your lunch and snacks for the field, and suitable cold weather clothing and boots. Binoculars, notepad and pencil, ruler or tape measure recommended as usual.
Drive time from Minneapolis or St. Paul metro is approximately 1½ to 2 hours. Those who wish to carpool may contact event organizer Donnie Phyillaier to coordinate a ride.
